Jaiy comes from humble beginnings in India. He migrated to New Zealand in 2013 with his wife and since then he has established a strong connection and involvement within the community and is proud to call the Kapiti Coast his home.

Jaiy has an extensive professional background in Customer Service and Management, including as Regional Manager of a large chain in the Oil industry. His interest in real estate began with his struggle in the quest for a home.

Jaiy has a very good understanding of Property Law, Contracts, Finance, negotiation and customer service. Jaiy speaks multiple languages, making him multilingual. He is fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Punjabi.
